Pilot and pricing
Prove it on one line before you commit. Start with a two-week audit or a 90-day pilot, and see the before and after in your own numbers. Every price is on this page.
Three ways to start
Each one gives you real numbers from your own machines. The audit and the pilot both count towards what comes next.
Loss Audit
- Your real efficiency, measured rather than estimated
- Your top five losses, ranked
- What each one costs you per month
- A written report with recommendations
Credited in full if you go on to a pilot.
Ask about an auditInstalled pilot
We install, train your team and review the losses with you every week, then hand you a final report.
- Hardware lent for the pilot, installation and training included
- Weekly loss reviews with your plant team
- Final report: before and after, in money
- Half on signing, half when the agreed criteria are met
- The full fee comes off your first year if you continue within 30 days
For one line of up to six machines. Pakistan pricing; elsewhere we quote per site.
Plan a pilotSelf-install starter kit
- Configured for your machines before it ships
- Setup guided from your phone
- An engineer checks your counts with you on a video call
- Buy or rent the kit, then the monthly price below
What the 90 days look like
The baseline comes first, so the final report compares against how the line really ran, not against anyone's memory.
Survey
We walk the line with your plant manager, list the machines and agree the success criteria in writing. Nothing is installed yet.
Install
A day or two on site. Sensors and edge devices go on without changing the machines. Your supervisors and operators are trained as we go, and we check every count against your register.
Baseline
Two weeks of watching the line as it runs today, before anyone changes anything. This is the number the pilot is measured against.
Use and improve
Live screens on the floor, alerts to supervisors and a weekly loss review with your team. Each week we pick the biggest loss, agree an action and check next week whether it worked.
Final report
Before and after for the whole pilot, the remaining losses ranked by cost, and a plan for the rest of the plant if you want one. Then you decide.
Success, agreed in writing first
Before we install anything we write down what a successful pilot means for your plant. The second half of the fee depends only on what we are responsible for: the data is there, the counts are right and the losses are found.
The figures below are examples. Yours are set at the survey.
- Coverage
- OEE visible for at least 95% of scheduled shifts
- Accuracy
- Daily counts within 2% of your own production records
- Losses
- Top losses identified, with minutes and money for each
- Adoption
- Operators logging a reason for most stops by week 6. A goal we work on together and report every week, not a condition for payment.
Prices
Monthly, per line. A line is up to six connected machines making one product flow, such as a blister line or a filling line; a longer line counts as two. Machines that work on their own are priced per machine.

Full feature comparison for Linesense OEEEverything else
Machine health, hardware, installation and support, priced the same plain way.
Per machine per month, for machines you run by the dozen or the hundred, so monitoring all of them stays sensible.
Per monitored point per month. Health Watch for vibration and temperature alarms, Health Pro for spectrum analysis and fault indicators.
Buy the edge devices and sensors once, or rent them inside the monthly price. Quoted per line after we know what each machine needs.
Self-install is included. We can also be on site for install day, or do the whole installation for you. Install options
Remote support in business hours is included. Priority support adds a guaranteed response time and on-site visits; a resident engineer can work at your plant part-time or every day.
Plants with 20 or more lines get volume pricing. If Linesense runs on a server in your plant, you pay a yearly licence instead of a monthly subscription.
Questions about the pilot
What happens after the pilot?
You decide. If you continue within 30 days, the pilot fee comes off your first year in full and the line moves onto the monthly price. If you stop, you keep the final report and the baseline.
What if the criteria are not met?
Then the second half of the fee is not due. Those criteria only cover what we are responsible for. We would rather fix the problem with you, or part honestly, than bill for a pilot that did not do what we agreed.
Can we start smaller?
Yes. The Loss Audit covers one line for two weeks, costs PKR 75,000 and comes off the pilot fee if you continue.
What counts as a line?
Up to six connected machines making one product flow, such as a blister machine, cartoner and checkweigher. A longer line counts as two. A machine that works on its own, like a tablet press or a loom, is priced per machine.
What happens to the hardware if we stop?
Pilot hardware is lent, so we collect it. If you continue, you can buy it or keep renting it.
Is SAP connected during the pilot?
During the pilot you get exports in the format your SAP team uses. The live connection, with orders in and confirmations out, is scoped and set up when you roll out.
Who owns the data?
You do. You can export everything at any time, and if you leave we hand over a full export.
What currency do you bill in?
In Pakistan, in rupees. For plants elsewhere we quote and bill in your currency.
Do I need to be in Pakistan?
No. Plants abroad start with the self-install kit and remote onboarding. The installed pilot with weekly reviews is quoted per site outside Pakistan.
Tell us about your line
A 30-minute call is enough to say whether an audit, a pilot or a kit fits, and what it would cost for your machines.
